In order to further improve the management level, professional skills and professional quality of the middle and senior management team, Fujian Yastar Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. carried out internal training with the theme of "five management and philosophical thinking" from May 24 to 25, 2022 to empower the middle and senior management, stimulate potential, improve efficiency and help the development of the company.

This training is of extraordinary significance to YaSiDa. In 2021, yastar's development strategy was upgraded, and its product strategy was transformed and upgraded to high-end, personalized and high added value. The training was carefully organized by the Administration Department of the company, attended by all middle and senior managers of all departments, and delivered by Mr. Diao Qian, a specially hired external lecturer. The training content was divided into five themes: Target Management - beginning with the end, mind management - becoming the source, time management - life management, learning management - entropy law, and action management - creating extraordinary.
The five themes take philosophical thinking as a series, personal learning and improvement system as a tool, combined with employees' personal growth, enterprise management and development practice, to explain and practice in simple terms, so that everyone can understand the training content, initially learn to use relevant management tools, think and learn, and continue to practice and improve in their work and life after the training.
